Shipping information

Shipping in Germany costs 5.95 Euros, free for orders over 95 Euros. Outside Germany, shipping is 9.99 Euros, also free for orders over 95 Euros.

The delivery time will be 2-6 business days for deliveries in Germany.

The Delivery carriers are Deutsche Post, GLS and DPD.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive a code.

Return information

You have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to make a return.

To start a return, you can go to the Returns section.

There you can type in your order number and the E-mail address with which you ordered. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

When packing the goods, please make sure that the goods arrive with us in their original packaging and intact.

You can then drop off your package in a DHL parcel shop of your choice.

As soon as we receive your shipment, we will refund you the purchase amount minus the cost of return shipping (€5.95 standard).

We strive to process your return as quickly as possible and initiate the refund. This can take up to 10 days after receipt of goods in our warehouse.

Complaint

In the event that your order has arrived faulty or damaged, please send us an email with photos and a short explanation to  info@nulahaus.com. We will take care of your request and tell you exactly how to proceed.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Once you have placed an order, this cannot be cancelled at any stage. The contract is completed on receipt of the order.
