We’re excited to offer delivery within Germany for just 5.95 Euros, and orders over 95 Euros deliver for free!

For our friends in other EU countries, delivery is 14.49 Euros, and it’s also free for orders over 95 Euros.

We aim to deliver your packages within 2-6 business days in Germany, and usually ship out within 1-3 days.

During busy seasons and public holidays, delivery times might vary a bit.

You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking code within 1-3 business days after your order has shipped.

You have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to make a return.

To start a return, you can go to the Returns section.

There you can type in your order number and the E-mail address with which you ordered. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

When packing the goods, please make sure that the goods arrive with us in their original packaging and intact.

You can then drop off your package in a DHL parcel shop of your choice. 

As soon as we receive your shipment, we will refund you the purchase amount minus the cost of return shipping (€5.95 standard) or €14.49 for returns from outside Germany.

We strive to process your return as quickly as possible and initiate the refund. This can take up to 10 days after receipt of goods in our warehouse.

Complaint

In the event that your order has arrived faulty or damaged, please send us an email with photos and a short explanation to  info@nulahaus.com. We will take care of your request and tell you exactly how to proceed.
